As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Providing friendly and efficient assistance with policy inquiries, updates, and claims.
• Utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with a younger demographic.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (licensing costs will be reimbursed).

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
