The Opportunity:

Plancha Server Assistant

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our picturesque lakeside, boldly flavored Cuban-American cuisine and golfhouse restaurant, Plancha. You will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service
• Polish glassware and stock the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens and other tools for service
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fine dining or resorts is preferred, emphasis on high volume
• Experience working 1-2 years of Food & Beverage
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

Weekend availability + 1 weekday required

Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
