Title DENTAL ASSISTANT Job Description *Assist the dentist during various dental procedures. *Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. *Taking dental X-rays. *Record patient information. *Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices. *Ensure the treatment room is clean and organized. *Manage patient flow. Salary Range part-time $18 - $23 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Benefit from incentives based on your contributions to procedures like impression taking, equipment setup, and patient education. Alternate Days Off (Wednesdays / Thursdays) - Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours). - Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate. - Weekend Work: Saturday 9AM - 4 PM - Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday pay Requirements Basic life support Driver’s license X-ray / Radiography Certification Must be willing to work two Locations (City of Log Beach & Stanton) Certification in radiography and know how to take x-ray is a must.
