Quality Control Analyst

This Quality Control Analyst position with the Department of Elder Affairs' Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program conducts routine access visits and investigates complaints about services in long-term care facilities. The ombudsman serves as a designated representative under state and federal law, documenting information, managing cases, and resolving resident complaints while protecting confidentiality. The role requires travel to facilities and is based in a DOEA district office. Key qualifications: Good organizational and communication skills (oral and written) Ability to conduct assessments, fact-finding interviews, and thorough investigations Knowledge of investigative techniques and ombudsman regulations Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and deal effectively with residents, staff, and families Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel to facilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to operate general office equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
