Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a Level I Trauma Center with required surgical subspecialty experience and on-call responsibilities.

Details

• Hospital operating room setting at a Level I Trauma Center
• Surgical experience required across multiple specialties: general surgery, trauma surgery, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgery
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• On-call is required for this position
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required
• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center OR is a hard requirement
• Experience in general surgery, trauma surgery, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgery required

• First-time travelers are welcome, provided they have prior Level I Trauma Center OR experience
