Schedule & Compensation

Schedule:

• 32-hour work week
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Hybrid : Remote Mondays and Fridays | In-office Tuesday–Thursday

Compensation:

• Hourly base + uncapped commissions + bonuses + recurring sales promotions
• Total comp range: $50,000 – $80,000+
• On-target earnings: $65,000

This is a sales and customer service role

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Bring in new business through proactive outreach
• Cross-sell existing clients into coverage that fits their needs.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention goals.
