Help Desk Technician

Salary: $45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:

• We welcome candidates with a background in technical support, and we are also open to applicants who are new to the field and eager to learn.
• We require the following clearances and training: Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Clearance, Virtus Protecting Gods Children Training, Mandated Reported Training, Arrest/Conviction Report & Certification Form, and Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release.
• We will support the process of obtaining the required clearances.
• This is a fully onsite role, so you must be able to commute to our office daily.

• We troubleshoot desktop and system issues.
• We assist clients with the setup and implementation of hardware and software.
• We carry out routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
