Visual Merchandiser

Kesslers Diamonds is looking for a creative and hands-on Visual Merchandiser to bring our luxury jewelry displays to life across multiple locations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to blend creativity, project management, and travel as you design and install beautiful displays that showcase some of life's most meaningful purchases. What You'll Do As our Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning environments that elevate the Kesslers Diamonds brand and inspire our clients. Key responsibilities include: Design, source, create, and install elegant in-store and window displays across multiple locations Travel regularly to stores throughout Wisconsin and Michigan to maintain and refresh displays Partner closely with Marketing and Operations to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches Create merchandising experiences that maximize the sparkle, beauty, and appeal of fine jewelry Conduct store visits to evaluate display effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities Serve as the primary liaison with our visual merchandising vendor What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative thinker and organized executor. You may be a great fit if you have: 2+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury, specialty, or multi-location retail environments An Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Why Kesslers Diamonds?
