Other duties may be assigned.Collect and process paymentsImports and calls parents when we receive authorizations back in the mailSchedules treatment appointments and recall appointmentsConfirms treatment appointmentsTakes calls throughout the dayProcess No Show ReportsChecks patients in and outVerifies eligibility with insuranceConfirms observation appointmentsSchedules observation appointmentsAbility to get along and work effectively with othersQualificationsEducation and/or Experience:High school diploma or equivalent6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience is preferred
