Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Familiarity with cross-categorical special education practices
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic classroom settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
- Establish and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Collect data and track progress, adjusting strategies to meet student goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to integrate services
- Communicate regularly with families and guardians regarding student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in student planning
