Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work. Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
