What you’ll be doing:

• Be the face of the facility — check patients in and create a welcoming experience
• Handle high-volume calls (clinical + non-clinical) with a one-call resolution mindset
• Schedule appointments across 100+ providers (visits, consults, follow-ups, exams)
• Verify insurance + collect co-pays
• Route calls and warm-transfer to appropriate departments
• Document, relay messages, and support clinical staff
• Assist with reports, memos, and administrative tasks
• Handle urgent situations following proper procedures

What we’re looking for:

• MUST have prior medical office experience
• Strong front desk / patient access / receptionist background
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
• Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
