Your Contributions

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical lab testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols and best practices.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all outcomes meticulously, assist in training new staff and students, and contribute to the maintenance of high lab quality standards.
• Preserve a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain a current certification throughout your tenure in this role.
