Job Responsibilities Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance Manage inbound and outbound inventory Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service requests Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and warehouse and delivery employees. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth Monitor inventory to maintain optimal stocking levels to fulfill customer orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety programs, cash handling and loss prevention protocols Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase branch awareness and sales.
