Fulfillment Specialist

We're dedicated to flavoring life's journey, and now we're hiring a team to help people do that in the Garden State. We’re a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Follow health and safety guidelines. Label, pop, trim, sugar, and bag/box products efficiently. Quality control. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and tidy workstation. Aid in deep cleaning the facility. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications You’ll be a good candidate if you have: Demonstrated experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and ability to work 40 hours per week. Must be at least 21 years of age. Pass a fingerprint clearance and background check, as required by state law. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs as needed. Diploma, or equivalent, required. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour.
