Support the company strategy by holding ourselves and one another accountable for getting the work done.If you are looking for a challenging opportunity that will ignite your passion for designing cool and innovative products, are exceptionally creative, are a great problem solver and can make things happen - apply today!ResponsibilitiesDevelop hardware-in-the-loop test equipmentTroubleshoot test failuresSupport testing of Avionics systems and components across hardware and softwareWrite test plans and proceduresDocument design issues and work with engineering teams to resolveSupport avionics productionExecute system checkouts on the integrated vehicleCoach and mentor more junior team members, transfer expertise to drive projects to completion   Work collaboratively to achieve goals and/or complete assigned tasks  Required Skills and Experience Must have a B.Sc. Engineering degree from an accredited university with minimum 12 relevant integration and testing experience in aerospace or similar field, ideally working with complex electro-mechanical systems in aerospace or a related field.Experience with embedded system hardware and softwareStrong troubleshooting, organizational, and written communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systemsExperience with component and system-level testingExperience developing test benchesExperience documenting wiring schematicsLabVIEW and/or Python development skillsExperience with NI Veristand a plusDevelopment and validation of redundant systems for safety critical applicationsAircraft systems development per DO-254 and DO-178Environmental Qualification standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461/464, MIL-STD-704Aircraft/spacecraft wiring per AS50881Digital communication protocols such as RS232, RS422, RS485, Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553 and CANDemonstrate willingness to adjust thinking and behaviorAbility to communicate in a manner that is timely, respectful, and open to other ideas #LI-AB1The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $136,063.00–$207,596.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity.
