About the Role: We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) someone who’s equal parts inside sales pro, manufacturing enthusiast, and all-around team player. You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers, keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and experiences exceptional from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing: Be the go-to contact for customer projects and orders — from quote to fulfillment Communicate like a pro through phone, email, and CRM platforms Keep internal teams in sync and customer expectations aligned Manage order and project details through our ERP/CRM systems Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving with confidence Track and document customer interactions with accuracy Contribute to process improvements and team goals Follow company guidelines and bring the good energy every day What You Bring to the Table: 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or inside sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-driven and organized under pressure Salesforce knowledge a big plus A “customer-first” mindset — you care about the experience, not just the transaction Big Bonus points if you’ve worked in manufacturing Why You’ll Love It Here: At Prismier, people are at the fore front of our success.
