This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting. Located in Newburgh, IN, this contract position allows you to work directly with students to support behavioral goals and contribute to their success within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
