Carpenter – Dayton, TN
Pay: $17–$30/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Dayton, TN
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong construction background who is looking to grow into a supervisor role .
The ideal candidate will have solid carpentry and construction skills, the ability to read blueprints, and the leadership qualities needed to help complete projects safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Work alongside the lead to complete assigned construction projects and tasks.
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
- Accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities and leadership duties as experience and performance allow.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, Construction Lead, or similar role .
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong measuring and layout skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Competitive pay: $17–$30/hour, depending on experience.
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
