Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated bilingual Clerical Housing Advisor to join their client's team in Springfield, Massachusetts. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will provide essential clerical support and assist clients with housing-related inquiries and applications.

Responsibilities

  Provide assistance and guidance to clients seeking housing solutions.

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and housing applications.

  Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

  Assist in the preparation and distribution of housing-related documents and correspondence.

  Respond to client inquiries and provide information on housing programs and services.
  
  



• 
  Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and sensitivity.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Previous experience in a clerical or customer service role is preferred.
