Position SummaryThe Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a vital conduit between Human Resources and our corporate management teams, serving as a strategic partner to align human resources priorities with the business strategy by delivering comprehensive and fully integrated, sustainable HR programs for corporate functions of TIC Solutions. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating regional human resource activities to maximize and maintain functions such as employee compensation, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance in compliance with corporate policies and procedures, while also focusing on overarching corporate policies. Providing corporate stakeholder support on day-to-day HR tasks and initiatives to ensure HR is positioned to execute with excellence.Position details:This is an in-office position (5 days per week) out of Houston, TX (Galleria) Full-time permanent role, Monday-Friday 40 hours/weekSalary range is $90,000 - $110,000/annual ResponsibilitiesProviding HR Best practices and continuous improvement; mentor providing guidance under corporate strategy and initiatives and regionally driven processes.
