Manage third‑party contractors and vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and client expectations. Assist in developing and managing budgets, including cost savings initiatives and capital improvement projects. Maintain safety standards, conduct incident investigations, and promote a safety‑first culture across all sites. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Five to eight years of Facilities Management experience, with a strong technical background. Experience managing facilities teams and 24/7 operations in fast‑paced environments. Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative management style. What's in it for me?
