Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility ContractLocation: Petersburg, IL Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible) Schedule: 3×12‑hour shifts weekly
Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Petersburg, Illinois . This role offers a stable schedule, supportive work environment, and the opportunity to extend based on performance and facility needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Support daily clinical operations and resident care needs
- Active LPN license in Illinois
- Previous SNF or long‑term care experience preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to resident‑centered care
- 3×12‑hour shifts weekly
- 13‑week contract with potential extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility setting
