Schedule:  Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24, Hourly
Location : Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect safety showers and eyewash stations weekly to ensure their operability and that proper water flow is free of contamination.
• Conduct an annual inspection for OSHA compliance.
• Scan all showers and devices, entering notes in that device's log to track each shower's inspection.

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to inspect and document safety showers for safety audits and reporting.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a team member or independently.

Preferences:  

• Familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with navigating Windows programs.
• Ability to collect data, process, and track information for reporting and audits.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
