Intensive Case Manager Trauma-Informed Family Support

Directions for Living

A community support organization located in Largo, Florida is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to provide case management in the Together We Rise program. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related area, with minimum experience working with at-risk populations. Responsibilities include collaboration with families to ensure they receive necessary services, and completion of documentation in required systems.
