We are looking for a Video Editor with strong AI video generation skills to join our Creative Production team . You'll combine AI-generated footage with solid motion design to create short videos (up to 2 minutes) built for paid user acquisition across social platforms — primarily Meta, YouTube Shorts and TikTok. Your work will play a crucial role in our performance marketing strategy, driving user growth and engagement through compelling, conversion-oriented content. You will work closely with the marketing team to generate ideas, analyze ad performance, and stay up-to-date with worldwide marketing trends in digital space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of composition, typography and pacing, and will be able to create visually compelling & selling content that effectively communicates our marketing messages. You should be confident working with AI video generation tools — Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway and similar — and know how to integrate AI-generated footage into a polished final edit. Challenges You’ll Face: Designing short, high-impact videos to promote the app across various social platforms (Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok). Generating and iterating ideas with the marketing team to enhance message clarity and visual impact. Performing retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches. Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow — including tools such as Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway ElevenLabs, and others — for video generation, enhancement, and ideation Continuously experimenting with new AI tools and creative technologies to push the boundaries of ad production. Analyzing competitors’ ads and social trends to stay ahead of worldwide creative patterns. Testing new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency. Adapting to an agile team environment: moving between squads and developing expertise across different campaign types. We expect that you have: 2+ year of work experience in a similar position. Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro. A solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing. Experience working with AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation). Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message. A modular approach to editing: treating creative iteration like building blocks — analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results. Creative, out-of-the-box thinking. Attention to detail, strong self-organization, and time management. Basic skills in Figma. Will be a plus: A big plus: experience creating AI-generated micro-dramas — short, story-driven vertical videos with consistent characters and scenes Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak. Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles. Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration. Experience in creative ideation for fitness and wellness products.
