Our work is dynamic and rewarding, so consider this career opportunity an invitation to help us make a big change!Our therapists provide psychotherapeutic interventions to children and their families, including assessing treatment needs, developing and reviewing treatment plans, and determining discharge criteria in an outpatient setting. Therapists are responsible for completing and maintaining required intake forms, documentation, and discharge planning by specified dates, and maintaining outcome measures for the effectiveness of treatment.Tykes & Teens is a CE-Broker supported organization and we provide over 12 hours of continued education per year in addition to weekly staffing to support your clinical growth. We also provide free clinical supervision toward licensure.The experience you will bring:Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another applicable human services degree.Bilingual (English/Spanish/Haitian) is a plus, but not required.A valid Florida driver's license and auto liability insurance is required.An ability to work in a team environment.Licensed positions require:An active and clear State of Florida License - LCSW, LMHC, LMFT.The pay range is dependent upon qualifications and experience.Benefits:401(k)Dental InsuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceTykes & Teens is an equal employment opportunity employer.
