Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Mechanic Falls, Maine Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM Pay: $27-$36/hr. Adecco is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and help build a growing 2nd shift team at a well-established manufacturer in the Auburn, Maine area. What Makes This Role Different You'll start with a smaller, developing team and play a key role in growing the shift Opportunity to influence processes, team structure, and culture early High visibility with leadership as the shift expands What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals Help build, train, and develop a growing production team Adjust workflows as volume increases Identify any inefficiencies and implement practical improvements Partner with leadership to support shift expansion and hiring Maintain a strong presence on the production floor What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day You'll spend most of your time on the floor supporting a small but growing team You'll be directly involved in training, coaching, and setting expectations You'll help create structure What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role Someone comfortable in a build/growth environment (not just maintaining the status quo) Strong communication and team development skills Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment Basic computer skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
