Position Summary ROE Visual US is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative – Central to join our growing sales team. This position may be based in either our Nashville, TN or Chatsworth, CA office. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth throughout the Central region. Working closely with internal departments—including Customer Service, Accounting, Operations, Warehouse, and Technical Support—you will ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry through post-sale support. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for serving customers in the entertainment and professional AV industries. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Representative will: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales growth within the assigned territory. Present and demonstrate ROE Visual products and solutions to customers, consultants, dealers, rental companies, and end users. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate LED display solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing, and contract terms. Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company profitability goals. Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, Warehouse, and Technical Support to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing customer relationships. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and activity reports. Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and networking opportunities as required. Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance objectives. Qualifications Previous sales experience within the entertainment, live events, professional AV, or related industry. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales opportunities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed. Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of business-to-business sales experience in the entertainment, live events, or professional AV industry. Experience selling LED display systems or related audiovisual technologies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of LED display technology and video processing equipment. Existing relationships with rental & staging companies, system integrators, consultants, production companies, or entertainment venues. Mandarin and English language proficiency is a plus.
