Litigation Associate Attorney

UNPOSTED | Family Law Litigation Associate | Austin I'm working closely with an elite Austin family law boutique seeking a litigation associate to join its growing practice.

OVERVIEW

This is not ordinary divorce work. The firm handles sophisticated, high-stakes matters for high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, high-profile, and celebrity clients . Its cases involve complex marital estates, business and entity structures, asset tracing, contested custody matters, and, in some cases, billion-dollar assets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The firm is considering attorneys with approximately 2 to 10+ years of litigation experience. Prior family law experience is a plus, but not required. Strong litigators who genuinely want to build a family law practice are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have: Meaningful deposition, hearing, and courtroom experience Exceptional legal research and writing skills The confidence to appear in court independently Excellent judgment, discretion, and attention to detail A polished, personable, and grounded demeanor Texas Bar admission or eligibility to waive into Texas This is an in-office position in Austin with direct partner access, sophisticated work, and significant opportunities for courtroom experience and professional growth.
