Technical Lead

Provide L2/L3 support for MES/MoM systems (e.g., Proficy, Ignition, or custom MES platforms ) Provide support for plant operations to make sure the correct IT / OT requirements are gathered and provide the responsible stakeholders to implement Monitor and resolve production issues related: Production orders, WIP tracking, traceability Quality data collection and defect tracking Gather the MES, quality, and SPC requirements Troubleshoot issues related to: Machine connectivity (OPC UA, MQTT, vendor protocols) Data gaps, latency, or incorrect production signals Act as a liaison between: Plant engineering / controls teams Central IT (infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, MES teams) Support: OT network connectivity and segmentation Secure vendor remote access and compliance requirements Support SMT line commissioning and MES rollout activities System setup, configuration, testing #J-18808-Ljbffr Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group
