$159,000~$204,000 per year

Salary Details
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.
- Based on collections: 35% based on collections.

Requirements

• General Dentistry
• Licensed dentist

Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted Dentist license in the state of New Hampshire.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of post-licensure clinical experience as a practicing Dentist.
Clinical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for clear patient communication, education, and team leadership.

Job Description

Comprehensive Patient Care: Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and oral structures, providing a full scope of general dental procedures.
Treatment Planning: Develop and present comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans, ensuring patients understand their options and the necessary steps for optimal oral health.
Clinical Excellence: Perform procedures such as restorative treatments, extractions, endodontics, and fixed/removable prosthodontics with precision and efficiency.
Supervision and Collaboration: Effectively lead and collaborate with the dental auxiliary team (Assistants and Hygienists) to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality care delivery.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, electronic health records, and adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations, including licensing requirements and safety standards.
Continuing Education: Commit to ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry.
