Missions
The CIG is located along the Canal de l'Ourcq, close to Paris and directly served by the RER (Pantin, line E) and the metro (Eglise de Pantin, line 5), in a pleasant and lively environment (numerous restaurants, canal side amenities, etc.). The pleasant premises and modern equipment contribute to a good working environment. You join a dynamic service for multidisciplinary team work within the Directorate of Prevention, Health, and Social Action at Work. Assigned to one or more communities in the Petite Couronne area (92,93,94), you work in multidisciplinary teams and ensure medical surveillance of agents and actions on the workplace. Several sectors are available depending on your place of residence. Upon your start, you benefit from a period of immersion and integration in the service with the tutelage of a senior physician. Every 15 days, you participate in service meetings and exchanges of professional practices with all service collaborators. Approved by the ARS for internship stages of specialty, the preventive medicine service of the CIG Petite Couronne accompanies you in your professional reconversion and continuing medical education journey.

WHY JOIN US?
You join a dynamic team of 300 agents focused on the future, led by a caring general management, carrying out ambitious projects. Remote work is established within the establishment. It is subject to a reimbursement allowance. The CIG pays particular attention to the training of its agents and provides the budget and time to match this ambition. You can opt for restaurant vouchers benefiting from 60% coverage by the employer, a non-mandatory mutual insurance and a non-mandatory life insurance to which the employer contributes. Membership in the enterprise committee will provide you with numerous benefits, combinable with the benefits offered by Plurelya. If you travel by car or bicycle, a parking lot awaits you in the building. The place is equipped with a bicycle repair kit, resulting from the work of the "sustainable development" project group. Finally, concerned about your well-being at work, the CIG has set up, in consultation with the agents, sports activities during your free time.
