Station or Machines:

1. Manual Lathes
2. Crane
3. Pallet lifter

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handling
2. Signoff sheets
3. Reporting maintenance problems
4. Reviewing blueprint issues
5. First piece inspection
6. Layout work to blueprint specifications
7. Use fixtures, drill and tap to blueprint specifications

Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification)

1. Must be a high school graduate
2. Two (2) years vocational school
3. Five (5) years previous drill experience

Minimum Physical Qualifications

1. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
2. Must be able to load and unload with a hoist
3. Must be able to move parts with pallet lifter

Minimum Qualifications:

1. One (1) year experience on drilling and tapping or high school graduate and six (6) months experience on drilling/tapping
2. Safety rules and procedures
3. Department procedures
4. Must be able to read and write in English
5. Knowledge of setup and operation of equipment

On-Going Training Requirements

1. ISO 9001
