Our agents typically initiate 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 60 days using our company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities:- List and sell residential real estate properties using live-connection leads.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Conduct market analysis to determine property value for high-intent consumers.
- Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures and market trends.
- Commit to client success and maintain top-tier service ratings.
- Live Connections: Receive 20-30 tangible showing leads monthly —these are live consumers eager to view properties, often on the same day.
- Production Coaching: Partner with a dedicated Production Coach immediately after onboarding to accelerate your integration and success.
- Full Transaction Support: Access our In-House Certified Transaction Coordinator team, Escrow services, and an exceptional Compliance Officer.

Requirements:- Active Real Estate License (Required): All candidates must possess an active DRE license prior to joining.
