Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of quality inspection or quality technician experience Experience using inspection and measuring tools Ability to record and evaluate quality data accurately Job Duties Test and inspect products throughout various stages of the production process Select products for testing according to work order requirements Record inspection and test results accurately Evaluate data and prepare reports identifying compliance or deviations from quality standards Recommend improvements to quality and production processes Support quality-related activities including calibration, certifications, and material segregation Help maintain product quality and reliability standards Preferred Qualifications Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred. Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial. Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial. Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to handle inspection equipment and testing tools Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift. Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy. Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
