Clinical Research Coordinator - Cardiology

This role provides essential technical support to Principal Investigators. You will interact with both internal and external customers at all levels and oversee recruitment while coordinating the day-to-day operations of the study. The position involves direct contact with both potential and enrolled study participants. You will work on a mix of drug and device studies within the Cardio research team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to Principal Investigators.
• Interact with both internal and external customers at all levels.

• Maintain direct contact with potential and enrolled study participants.
• Support a mix of drug and device studies within the Cardio research team.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in clinical research.
• Experience in drug trials or device trials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Cardiology research experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

The Cardiovascular research group comprises five different teams.

You will work alongside 3-4 other coordinators, nurses, and the regulatory team.

The position initially involves 8-hour shifts with flexible start and stop times between 7 AM and 9 AM.

After completing a 90-day orientation period, the candidate can opt for four 10-hour shifts.

This is an on-site position.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, MI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
