Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/Work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back by assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper—equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You’re adaptable to patients’ needs, finding joy in the variety of work and settings. You collaborate with peers and can make referrals to help patients achieve the care they need to thrive. You are also a teacher who can train patients and caregivers on the skills needed for independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. A Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy–related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with at least five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. PT degree. Posted Salary Range: USD $41.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
