About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform customization to support business processes and scalability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and reports
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systems
  • Implement security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data sharing rules
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployments using CI/CD tools
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Ensure best practices for Salesforce development, governance, and data quality
