The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform customization to support business processes and scalability.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform customization to support business processes and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and reports
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systems
- Implement security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data sharing rules
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployments using CI/CD tools
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Ensure best practices for Salesforce development, governance, and data quality
