Logistics Coordinator (High-Accountability Role)

This role is for a sharp, resilient Logistics Coordinator who thrives in fast-moving environments, keeps a clear head under pressure, and gets things done without excuses. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations from start to finish
• Handle last-minute changes, delays, and disruptions without losing momentum
• Communicate clearly with drivers, installers, harvester, and customers.
• Anticipate problems before they happen — and solve them quickly when they do
• Keep schedules, shipments, installations, and priorities on track in a constantly shifting environment
• Maintain accurate records and ensure accountability across all moving parts
