Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures in an outpatient setting. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring accurate mammography exams in compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and maintain mammography equipment to produce optimal diagnostic images.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all safety protocols, including AHA BLS and ARRT Mammo Certification requirements.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care.
  
  
• 
  Manage patient positioning and comfort during imaging procedures.
  
  
• 
  Document and communicate findings following facility and industry guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Cover scheduled major and minor holidays as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold current ARRT Mammography Certification and AHA BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in mammography.
  
  
• 
  Possess knowledge of multi-modality imaging modalities.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong patient care and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to operate Cerner unit-based imaging systems.
  
  
• 
  Capable of maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
