Pay: $16–$18/hr + tips Schedule: Part-time & Full-time available Join our team as a Shift Lead at our exciting new juice bar location! In this dynamic role, you will be the heartbeat of daily operations, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee all aspects of store management during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow, accurate cash handling, and effective inventory control. Your leadership will motivate staff, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. Why This Job Is Different We’re opening a brand new Nekter Juice Bar in Fort Worth (Alliance) and building the leadership team from day one. As a Shift Lead, you’ll be part of the opening crew and play a big role in setting the tone for the store. This is a great role for someone ready to step into leadership , grow fast, and build toward Assistant Manager or General Manager. With a second location planned within a year , strong leaders will have real opportunities to move up. What You’ll Do Shift Leads help run the store during their shift and support the team on the floor.
