Responsibilities
- Deliver routine occupational therapy assistant services under supervision, contributing to the patient’s rehab plan
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve activities of daily living, motor function, range of motion, strength, and endurance
- Implement treatment activities, monitor patient responses, and document progress notes and data
- Support coordination with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and discharge planning
- Maintain a safe therapy environment, follow infection control practices, and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment

Requirements
- Current certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) credential
- Active MA COTA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience or interest in inpatient rehab or skilled nursing-based rehabilitation
- Ability to work in an inpatient rehab setting and participate in a travel assignment
