Leading the development and execution of a strategic content marketing plan, the full-time hybrid Senior Content Marketing Manager will oversee content strategy, manage a team of contributors, and collaborate cross-functionally to produce high-quality content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement. Key responsibilities Own and manage the content marketing strategy to align with overall marketing goals and brand positioning Mentor and direct a small content team to ensure high-quality work and professional growth Write, edit, and oversee engaging content that supports lead generation and enhances brand awareness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field 6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B organizations, with proven team management skills Excellent writing portfolio and experience in evolving brand narratives Familiarity with Monday.com and data-driven content strategy optimization Proven ability to work with senior leaders on corporate communications and manage multiple projects simultaneously
