Position: Ultrasound Technologist

Shift Details:

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Unit Information:

• Location: Atlantis, FL
• Unit: Ultrasound (4 beds, 1 table, 4 Techs on duty)
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Staffing: 4 Technologists for 12-hour shifts around the clock
• Type of Equipment: GE 1.5 Discovery 450, X-Ray, MRI, and CT machines
• Electronic Medical Records: Meditech

Job Description:

The Ultrasound Technologist will operate advanced imaging equipment to capture high-quality images of patients' internal structures. Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing sound waves to create detailed images of bones, organs, and tissues.
• Combining images to facilitate accurate assessments.
• Working independently while maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Must Have:



• BLS Certification
• RDMS Certification
• RVT Certification
• 2 years of hospital experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
• Preferred:
• ACLS Certification (not required but preferred)
