- Lead, motivate, and develop a crew that LOVES coming to work
- Maintain the high standards our customers expect — fast, friendly, accurate, every time
- Manage daily operations with confidence: scheduling, training, inventory, food costs, and more
- Keep the store running at top speed, even during peak rushes
