Outside Sales Representative - Pump Solutions

Job Description Summary Outside Sales Representative (Pump Solutions) We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment. This position focuses on the Civil market segment, serving customers who rent Pumps for short- or long-term projects to move fluid. Responsibilities Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet. Develop relationships with civil market customers. Present and conduct business reviews to management. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals. Work both indoors and outdoors, as required. Qualifications B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry. Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills. Background with pump equipment highly desirable. Ability to give effective presentations. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required. Compensation Base pay range: $40,000.00 – $67,761.00. Total compensation may include base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
