Job Title: RN – Stepdown Unit
Location: New York, NY
Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (EOW required)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring in a progressive care setting. The ideal candidate is skilled in handling cardiac and respiratory patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

/t
- Provide direct patient care in the Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit
/t
- Monitor cardiac patients and interpret telemetry
/t
- Manage patients requiring ventilator support
/t
- Administer medications and treatments safely
/t
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
/t
- Document accurately in EPIC EMR
/t
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

- Active NYS RN License
/t
- BSN required
/t
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown / Tele / Cardiac experience
/t
- Ventilator experience (2 years – must be on resume)

- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
/t
- EPIC experience preferred
/t
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
