Lawn Care Technician

We are committed to providing top-quality lawn care services, including chemical applications such as herbicides, fertilizers, and weed control treatments. Key Responsibilities:

• Apply herbicides, fertilizers, weed control treatments, and other chemicals safely and effectively to residential and commercial lawns
• Assess lawn conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and machinery
• Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and provide professional advice
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during chemical applications
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and services provided
• Assist with general lawn maintenance tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of chemical application procedures and safety standards
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• 5 years of driving history
• self - starter with the a coachable personality
• Heavy equipment operation preferred

• Must live within 20-25 miles of the Cypress office.
• Must pass a drug test, background physical.
• Strong people skills and commission-based mindset.
• Must maintain a professional appearance
