What You'll Be Doing

Own the Numbers – Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and overall hotel revenue targets
Strategize for Success – Create and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans that drive results
Hunt for New Business – Proactively generate leads for groups, extended stays, and transient business
Pipeline Pro – Manage leads, prospects, and CRM activity to keep a strong sales funnel
Show & Sell – Conduct sales calls and site tours that turn interest into signed business
Relationship Builder – Develop strong connections with corporate clients, community groups, and local partners
Deal Maker – Negotiate contracts with confidence and attention to detail
Revenue Team Player – Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize yield
Track & Report – Monitor sales performance and share insights and results with the General Manager

Who You Are

A driven, results-focused sales professional with 3+ years of hotel sales leadership experience
Strategic and analytical, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Confident, persuasive, and polished in communication
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM and hotel brand system experience a plus
Hold a valid driver’s license and able to travel occasionally (less than 20%)
